  3. Mental Models and Assumptions

  4. Dynamic Complexity and Non-Linear Systems

  5. Decision-Making and Risk Management

  6. Systems Mapping and Visualization


Course Format: The course will be delivered over twelve weeks over weekends, with each week focusing on a different topic. Participants will attend one online class per week, approximately two hours long. The course will be delivered using a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises.


Course Assessment: The course assessment will measure participants' understanding of the course material and ability to apply the concepts in their workplace. The evaluation will include Pre-Course Survey, Class Participation, Assignments, Case Studies, and Post-Course Survey.
